A supervisory relationship, not a checklist
Good supervision does two things at once: it protects clients and it develops the clinician. Our supervision is collaborative and strengths-based — we look closely at the work in front of you, name what is going well, and build the specific skills your caseload is asking for. Expect direct feedback, room for uncertainty, and attention to your own wellbeing as a practitioner.
Supervision formats
Individual supervision
$200 CAD / 60 min
One-to-one supervision tailored to your caseload, learning goals, and college requirements. Case consultation, skill development, and reflective practice.
Dyadic supervision
$110 CAD / person, 75 min
Two supervisees learning side by side — shared case discussion, peer feedback, and reduced cost while still meeting direct supervision hours.
Program & team supervision
Custom
On-site or virtual clinical supervision and reflective practice for agencies, community programs, school teams, and non-profits.
HST applies. Supervision fees are a tax-deductible professional expense.

Frequently asked
Do supervision hours count toward CRPO requirements?
Yes. Sessions are documented and hours are tracked in a format you can submit to the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or your regulatory body. We confirm requirements together at the outset.
Is supervision available virtually?
Yes — supervision is offered by secure video across Ontario, and in person at our Beaches offices.
How often do we meet?
Most supervisees meet weekly or bi-weekly. Frequency is set by your college requirements, caseload volume, and learning goals.
What happens in a first session?
We review your caseload, learning goals, and any regulatory requirements, then draft a written supervision agreement covering scope, confidentiality, and how we'll evaluate progress.
