Frequently asked

How many people are in a group?

Groups are typically 6–10 participants, kept intentionally small so everyone has space to participate.

Are groups virtual or in person?

Some groups are offered virtually and others in person. The format is listed with each group below.

Do I need a referral to join a group?

No referral is needed for our low-risk, educational, and skills-based groups. A brief screening call helps us confirm the group is a good fit.
