Session fees
- Individual therapy (50 min)$185 CAD
- Group counselling (75 min)$245 CAD
Insurance
Most extended health benefit plans in Canada — including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and Desjardins — cover services by Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, or Psychologists. Direct billing available where supported.
Payment
Credit cards, HSA cards, Interac e-Transfer, and debit. Detailed receipts issued for reimbursement. HST applied where required.

- Email support between sessions for scheduling and brief check-ins
How to check your coverage in 5 minutes
- 1. Sign in to your benefits provider or call the number on your insurance card.
- 2. Ask whether you're covered for a "Registered Psychotherapist", "Registered Social Worker", or "Psychologist" — plans differ on which designation they reimburse.
- 3. Ask for your annual maximum and the amount per session.
- 4. Ask whether a physician referral is required (most plans don't need one).

Do you accept insurance?
Many extended health benefit plans in Canada (including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and Desjardins) provide coverage for services delivered by Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, or Psychologists. Coverage varies by plan — we recommend confirming with your provider. We can issue detailed receipts for reimbursement and, where available, offer direct billing.
Is therapy covered by OHIP or provincial health plans?
Psychotherapy and counselling by our clinicians are generally not covered by OHIP or other provincial health plans. However, our fees are tax-deductible as a medical expense when provided by a regulated health professional.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, HSA (Health Spending Account) cards, Interac e-Transfer, and debit. Payment is processed securely at the end of each session. HST is applied where required.
